What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please do so in writing through email (info@herbalbliss.com) and kindly let us know why. We strive to make our customers happy and need feedback for the best possible customer experience. If a shipment has already left, we will be able to cancel prior to your next scheduled shipment.

 

When do I need to pay?

Full subscription payment is taken at the time of ordering. Unless it is a gift, all annual subscriptions will be auto renewed unless we have been informed otherwise. You will receive a 30 day notice before auto renewal so you will not be surprised by the charge.

 

How do you ship?

Our site makes it easy to order. Shipments for the current monthly box will be shipped from Central Texas on the 15th, or the closest United States Postal Service working day to the 15th, each month. All packages will be shipped via USPS.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, you can pay through PayPal, which is a safe and secure method of online payments.
